Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Caller at Global Wire Exchange. The Caller will engage with potential and existing business clients via phone to introduce the company’s services, gather requirements for customized wire solutions, and explain how the marketplace operates. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, documenting client needs, and updating call records in internal systems or spreadsheets. The role also involves scheduling follow-up calls, sharing basic product information, and coordinating with the sales or operations team when more detailed technical discussions are needed. Interns are expected to maintain a skilled tone, meet calling targets, and provide clear,



accurate information to support a positive client experience. We are looking forward the candidates who may have longer vision with the company Training in internship and then we prefer for full time job role. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and a clear, professional phone presence.
• Candidates should possess basic customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to handle questions or concerns effectively.
• Candidates should possess organizational skills such as accurate record-keeping, time management, and attention to detail when documenting calls.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, online communication tools, and CRM or call-logging systems (or willingness to learn).
• Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Prior exposure to B2B sales, tele-calling, or industrial products is beneficial but not required; a strong interest in learning about manufacturing and supply chains is preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage for reaching diverse client bases.
• Must be comfortable with US Timings.
