Key Responsibilities
Handle calls related to healthcare revenue cycle operations. Communicate with insurance payers to resolve claim-related queries. Update and maintain accurate information in the system. Follow process guidelines and quality standards. Meet productivity and accuracy targets. Eligibility Criteria Graduates from Commerce and Science streams only. Postgraduates, Diploma holders, and Life Science graduates are not eligible. Good English communication skills. Positive analytical skills and willingness to learn. Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift. Shift Timings and Transport Fixed night shift, with Saturday and Sunday off. Home pick-up and drop facility available. Training and Development Comprehensive training and on-the-job guidance will be provided to help freshers understand the process and perform their responsibilities effectively.
