Founded in 2007 in Bengaluru by Dr. Chetan Kumar Mehta, Laxmi Diamonds is The House of Closed Setting Diamond Jewellery. The house is built on The Art of Closed Setting, a technique in which every diamond is held in a precisely crafted gold enclosure by master karigars, creating jewellery of lasting brilliance and heirloom security. Must have
• Chartered Accountant with 15–20 years of post-qualification experience
• At least 5 years leading accounts in gold and/or diamond jewellery manufacturing, bullion, or gems and jewellery trading
• Hands-on experience with gold metal loans (GML), bullion purchase and hedging accounting, and diamond inventory valuation by lot and assortment
• Strong command of Ind AS / Indian GAAP, Companies Act 2013, GST & TDS
• Track record of clean statutory audits, timely monthly closes and Board-ready MIS




• Working knowledge of PMLA / KYC obligations for dealers in precious metals and stones, and BIS hallmarking cost accounting Good to have
• Experience implementing or upgrading a jewellery ERP and RFID-linked inventory controls
• Exposure to IPO readiness, private equity due diligence or internal financial controls (IFC) frameworks
• Experience in a promoter-led or family-owned business transitioning to professional governance Personal attributes

• Precision-driven, with zero tolerance for unexplained variances
• Builds disciplined teams and solid working relationships with manufacturing, sales and banking partners
