Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Associate (fresher) role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Telesales Associate will connect with potential customers over phone calls, explain NoBroker.com’s services, and guide them through property-related solutions such as rental agreements, home services, and other offerings. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, answering customer queries, understanding customer needs,



and recommending suitable plans or services. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with leads, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets. The position is suitable for individuals looking to start a career in sales and customer interaction within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers over the phone.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Support skills to convert leads, address concerns, and promote NoBroker.com’s services effectively.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn processes quickly and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM or calling tools are beneficial.
• Any graduate or equivalent qualification; freshers are welcome, prior telesales or call center experience is an advantage.
• Comfort with working in target-driven environments and flexibility to work rotational shifts if required.
