We are looking for an experienced qualified with a solid understanding of SAP-based enterprise solutions and global trade processes.

Experience:
3–17 Years Work Model: Hybrid/Remote Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred; candidates up to 60 days may be considered

Key Responsibilities
• Support the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions related to international trade, regulatory compliance, customs procedures, and trade preference processes.
• Contribute to system implementation, enhancement, and application support initiatives across established and evolving enterprise platforms.
• Analyze business requirements, assess process gaps, and identify suitable solutions aligned with standard system capabilities.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into functional solution approaches.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance operational accuracy, compliance, and overall system performance.
• Prepare functional documentation and detailed specifications to facilitate technical development and solution delivery.
• Coordinate with technical teams to clarify requirements, monitor development progress, and ensure alignment with expected business outcomes.
• Participate in functional testing, defect analysis, solution validation, and resolution of application-related issues.
• Support deployment planning, user acceptance activities,



and post-release stabilization to ensure smooth business operations.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams and contribute to ongoing process optimization initiatives. Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in global trade application solutions and related business processes.
• Strong functional understanding of customs operations, trade compliance, and preference management, with expertise in at least one or more areas.
• Practical exposure/experience to established enterprise trade platforms, including version-based implementations and newer HANA-oriented environments.
• Experience supporting implementation projects, system enhancements, and ongoing application operations.
• Ability to assess business requirements and determine the suitability of standard system functionality before proposing custom solutions.
• Strong knowledge of integration scenarios and the relationship between trade processes and broader enterprise applications.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation support.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work closely with business users, technical teams, and international stakeholders.
