Wine Park is a proprietary concern with Vishal Kadakia and Ashu Kalra being the owners. DESIGNATION Sales & Marketing Manager, Karnataka POSTING Bangalore EDUCATION Graduate from a recognised educational institution QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 year’s work-experience in a hospitality-related concern, preferably the alcobev industry. SKILLS Fluency in spoken and written English; understanding & speaking Kannada desirable Knowledge of common operating software: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Additional skills in social media / tools are required An understanding of wine and alcobev products is desirable.

JOB DESCRIPTION
To carry out the sales and marketing of Wine Park’ wines in Karnataka (principally Bangalore city) to HORECA (hotels, restaurants, bars, and clubs) The job principally involves visiting customer properties,



meeting with the managers and personnel concerned with wine purchase and services, and generating sales / orders for wines. Activities would include setting up and conducting tasting and training sessions for key personnel in target properties as well as conducting online awareness management and doing competitive benchmarking. The incumbent would also be co-opted for helping with marketing activities like wine dinners and tastings and raising product visibility at retail outlets. Key Result Areas (KRAs) would include (a) increasing listings with existing customers (b) current listings at new properties (c) Increasing the participation of consumers in company-led promotions. PRODUCTS Wine Park currently has 134 wine labels 53 wineries in 12 countries registered in Karnataka. The position reports to the General Manager Bangalore. There would be a probationary period before confirmation Remuneration levels are in line with industry practices, and would not be a constraint for the right candidate. •
