Experience:
Freshers / 2–3 Years Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift
- Mandatory) Working Days: 5 Days working (Rotational Week-offs) Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefits & Authorization Specialist to join our RCM team. The ideal candidate will handle patient insurance verification, secure prior authorizations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely healthcare billing operations. Key Roles &

Responsibilities:
• Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits accurately through payer portals or direct calls.
• Prior Authorizations: Obtain prior authorizations for medical procedures, surgeries, and diagnostic services in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Accurately document authorization details, notes, and reference numbers in the system.
• Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up on pending authorizations and renewals to prevent claim denials.




• Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with billing and clinical teams for seamless processing. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Education:
Any Graduate (B.
Com, BBA, B.
Sc, or Life Sciences background preferred).
• Communication: Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Analytical

Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical

Skills:
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office) and good typing speed.
• Bonus Points: Prior RCM experience or basic knowledge of medical terminology is a strong plus (Freshers with great aptitude are also welcome). Shift & Other
