Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur Role Description This is a full time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Jaipur. The Sales Specialist will interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the appropriate diamond jewellery solutions. Responsibilities include driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and building strong client relationships.



The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and assisting in sales training initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Proven experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Strong verbal communication & sales closing abilities
• Knowledge of trending designs, client preferences, and market demands
• Basic mobile photography & Instagram content understanding
• Team mentoring & coordination skills Other Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead in-store client handling and provide personalized jewellery consultations
• Convert high-value leads and manage long-term client relationships
• Handle client follow-ups for quotations, design updates, and custom orders
• Collaborate with design and inventory teams to meet client requirements
• Respond to online lead queries and drive in-store footfall
• Maintain in store operations related to sales
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report to top management
• Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
