Role Description The Head of BIM (Equity Only) will lead SuperArc’s BIM strategy and implementation, ensuring that AI-driven tools align with real-world workflows in AutoCAD, Revit, and related AEC processes. This full-time hybrid role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining BIM standards, designing and validating automated workflows, and partnering with product and engineering teams to translate industry needs into product features. The role also involves working closely with customers and pilot partners to gather feedback, improve automation performance, and support adoption across diverse project types. As a senior leader,



the Head of BIM will contribute to product roadmap decisions, mentor team members, and represent BIM thought leadership in customer conversations and industry forums. Qualifications
• Strong understanding of equities and equity-based compensation, with the ability to evaluate and manage equity-only arrangements.
• Experience in trading and investments, including assessing risk and return related to early-stage company participation.
• Background in finance and portfolio management to make informed decisions about equity holdings and long-term value.
• Extensive practical experience with BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit in the AEC industry, including standards, coordination, and automation of workflows.
• Proven ability to lead BIM initiatives or digital practice teams, set strategy, and implement best practices across projects and organizations.
• Comfort collaborating with software engineers and product managers, with the ability to translate BIM and AEC requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
