Marketing & CRM Executive Sai Substrates Private Limited is seeking a proactive Marketing & CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate sales follow-ups, maintain CRM records, and support business development across domestic and international markets.

Location:
Dindigul, Tamil Nadu Work arrangement: Full time, on-site

Key Responsibilities
• Manage relationships with domestic and international customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, existing accounts, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, customer information, and follow-up schedules.
• Support lead generation and business development activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and support order processing.
• Professional customer email communications.




• Prepare and maintain sales and follow-up reports using CRM tools and MS Excel. Candidate Profile
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, CRM, or business development.
• Strong communication skills in English; Hindi and Tamil are an advantage.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, customer follow-ups, and sales coordination.
• Experience in B2B manufacturing, exports, or sales is an advantage.
• Candidates based in Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, or other major business centres are encouraged to apply, provided they are willing to work on-site in Dindigul.
