Fresher / 0–1 Year Department: Sales & Business Development About My Design MindsMy Design Minds is a product design and engineering solutions company providing services in Industrial Product Design, Mechanical CAD, Prototyping, Reverse Engineering, Electronics Design, and Manufacturing Support. We are looking for a Sales Executive – Fresher who is confident on the phone, communicates professionally, and is comfortable working with Excel, emails, and client follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our services.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Understand basic client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Maintain lead and customer data in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Prepare and send qualified emails, quotations and follow-up messages.
• Regularly follow up with existing leads and maintain a proper sales pipeline.
• Schedule meetings between clients and the internal technical/business team.
• Update daily call, lead and follow-up reports.
• Support the Business Development team in generating new opportunities.
• Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Good spoken English and Hindi with confident telephonic communication.
• Positive email writing and professional communication skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with clients.
• Good computer and internet skills.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn sales and business development.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
• Candidates who are comfortable with regular calling and client interaction will be preferred.

Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month + performance incentives
