Key Responsibilities
• Call and follow up with leads generated through various channels
• Understand and verify lead quality
• Identify genuine business opportunities
• Conduct cold calling to generate new prospects
• Understand customer requirements and share relevant information
• Maintain accurate lead and call records
• Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads
• Follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward Requirements
• Graduation required
• Positive verbal communication skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking on calls
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle both inbound leads and cold calls Nice to Have
