BE / B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager
- MEP QA/QC Engineer (Data Center Projects) to ensure quality compliance across electrical installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality standards, inspecting site work, maintaining documentation, and ensuring all installations meet approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures at project sites as per company and client standards
• Conduct site inspections for electrical works such as:
• Cable laying & termination
• Cable trays & conduits installation
• LT/HT panels installation
• Earthing & lighting systems
• Verify work execution as per:
• Approved drawings (GA, SLD, Layouts)
• Technical specifications
• BOQ and project standards
• Prepare and maintain:
• Inspection Reports (IRs) – MIR / WIR
• Work Method Statements (WMS)
• ITP (Inspection Test Plan)




• Checklists & Quality Records
• Coordinate with:
• Project Engineers / Site Team
• Consultants / Clients for inspections & approvals
• Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure
• Monitor material quality and ensure compliance with approved makes and standards
• Assist in testing & commissioning activities and documentation
• Maintain proper documentation for:
• Quality audits
• Client submissions
• Final handover Key Skills &

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices in construction/industrial projects
• Ability to read and interpret:
• Electrical drawings (SLD, GA, layouts)
• Specifications & technical documents
• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of relevant IS standards and safety practices Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in Electrical Turnkey / EPC Projects
• Exposure to Industrial / Commercial / Data Centre Projects
• Knowledge of documentation software (MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD basics preferred)
