Must-Have Skills ✅ 10–12 years of overall software engineering experience ✅ Strong experience in Python, (Go/Golang good to have) ✅ Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, including EKS ✅ Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes ✅ Strong understanding of Distributed Systems ✅ Experience with CI/CD, IaC & Automation ✅ Experience leading multiple engineering teams ✅ Strong stakeholder and client management experience ✅ Healthcare / US Healthcare experience is a MUST ✅ Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development using tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar ?️ Key Technology Stack AWS | EKS | OpenShift | Python | Go | Node.js | Kubernetes | Terraform | CI/CD | IaC | Kafka | SQS/SNS | AI/LLM | RAG | MCP ?

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and provide strategic direction across multiple full-stack engineering teams.
• Own the technical vision and roadmap for distributed systems on AWS, EKS and OpenShift.
• Drive engineering standards, architecture, coding practices and quality benchmarks.




• Lead cloud infrastructure, automation, security, resilience and cost optimization initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing engineering teams and drive hiring and workforce planning.
• Manage senior client stakeholders and provide executive-level technical leadership.
• Own program-level delivery, risk management and escalations.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across the organization.
• Mentor technical leaders and engineers while improving delivery efficiency and client satisfaction. ? Healthcare Experience Experience in US Healthcare / Health Insurance / Payer domain is highly preferred and will be given robust consideration. Knowledge of Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Provider Networks, HIPAA, HL7, FHIR or X12 EDI will be an added advantage. ?
