• Drive brand awareness and differentiation by creating inspiring stories and experiences around our joint offerings with partners
• Internal enablement by empowering go-to-market teams to narrate co-innovation stories
• Scaling demand generation success by designing impactful joint campaigns with partners Responsibilities
• Nurturing a systematic, process-driven approach to partner marketing
• Develop joint annual marketing plans with current and existing partners




• Expand brand visibility & differentiation through joint go-to-market approaches
• Collaborate closely with partners, and Finacle product teams to develop joint positioning and associated communication assets such as brochures, case studies, research reports, and media engagement plans
• Plan and execute partner-marketing campaigns to generate leads for joint offerings
• Drive partner participation and engagement in Finacle events. Similarly, support Finacle’s participation in partner events
• Plan and execute regular communications to the partner ecosystem
• Work closely with alliances and field marketing team to strengthen partnerships and go-to-market execution Knowledge / Skills Required
• Strong English communication skills, with proven content creation capabilities and high impact communication across multiple formats
• Foundational understanding of banking industry
• Broad marketing skills including lead generation and events management
• Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships
• Proven ability to work in a high demand, dynamic environment
• Previous experience in an IT product company preferred, especially with a banking IT product company Role Specification
