We are seeking an experienced SAP IAG (Identity Access Governance) Lead with a strong background in SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance, Security, and Compliance Architecture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing SAP IAG cloud-based solutions to ensure secure, compliant, and productive access management across the organisation's SAP and non-SAP landscape Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end SAP IAG implementation and transformation programs.
• Design and configure SAP IAG solutions including Access Request, Access Analysis, Access Certification, Role Design, and Privileged Access Management.
• Drive integration of SAP IAG with IAS, IPS, SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SuccessFactors, SAC, and other cloud applications.
• Define and implement role-based access control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access governance frameworks.
• Conduct requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and client stakeholder discussions.
• Manage project delivery, timelines, risks, budgets, and quality assurance.
• Lead offshore/onshore teams and mentor consultants and senior consultants.
• Support business development activities, solutioning, proposals, and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with security,



audit, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in SAP Security, GRC, or Identity & Access Management.
• Atleast 1 end-to-end SAP IAG implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IAG modules:
• Access Request
• Access Analysis
• Access Certification
• Role Design
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Experience with SAP IAS, IPS, SAP BTP, and cloud security architecture.
• Strong understanding of SoD concepts, risk analysis, mitigating controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP applications with identity governance solutions.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing project teams and stakeholder expectations. Preferred Qualifications
• SAP Security/GRC/IAG certifications.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control 12.0 and IAG Bridge integration.
• Exposure to S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Concur, SAC, or other SAP cloud solutions.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments. Education B.
Tech / BE / MCA / MBA or equivalent. Experience Range: 10-15 Years
