• Technical & Engineering Expertise Apply cross-disciplinary engineering knowledge to provide technical support across project phases—from design to execution and disposal. Demonstrate strong understanding of construction and process equipment, including specifications, operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management. Additional Competencies Solid command of investigative and quality tools (RCA, Pareto, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.) for problem identification and resolution. Ability to evaluate organizational processes using performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings (blueprints, GFC, shop drawings, DCI standards). Understanding of fabrication resources and equipment such as rotators, cranes, furnaces, hydraulic systems, leak testing equipment, welding systems, manipulators, and NDE tools.
