Flex PLM Customization Engineer / Developer (4+ Years) Position: Flex PLM Customization Engineer

Key Responsibilities
• Customize and configure PTC FlexPLM modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and enhance FlexPLM functionalities using Java, JSP, XML, JavaScript, and Windchill Framework.
• Configure product data management, materials, sourcing, costing, and workflow modules.
• Design and implement integrations between FlexPLM and ERP, MES, SAP, Oracle, or third-party applications.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data migration utilities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, code reviews, and testing activities.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization initiatives.




• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support manuals.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams. Required Skills
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in PTC FlexPLM Customization and Development.
• Strong knowledge of:
• FlexPLM Architecture
• Windchill Framework
• Java/J2EE
• JSP, Servlets
• JavaScript
• XML/XSLT
• SQL, Oracle or SQL Server
• Experience developing:
• Custom Workflows
• Business Rules
• UI Customizations
• Reports
• REST/SOAP Integrations
• Experience with code deployment and migration activities.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Robust debugging and troubleshooting skills.
