Key Responsibilities

• Deliver month on month targets on Supply Chain business
• Leads would be provided by Supply Chain team
• Adept at acquiring and onboarding dealers/vendors recommended by SCF Approved Anchors
• Ensuring maximum penetration in the existing business portfolio and customer satisfaction.
• Portfolio management and collections of the client base managed
• Liaison with various teams to provide query resolution to customers within stipulated TAT.
• Servicing existing clients by weekly/monthly meeting ensuring maximum penetration to fulfill business requirements.
• Cross sell of other HFCL products as part of deepening client relationship
