Position: Social Media Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content, trends, audience engagement, and social media best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the strategy and day-to-day execution of social media activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Execute content calendars and ensure timely publishing of posts
• Write engaging captions, content copies, and creative briefs aligned with each brand's tone of voice
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal stakeholders for smooth content execution
• Generate ideas for reels, carousels, short-form videos, and trend-led content
• Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions to drive community engagement
• Track platform performance and prepare monthly social media reports
• Stay updated with emerging trends, platform updates,



and best practices
• Assist in influencer collaborations, partnerships, and paid social campaigns when required
• Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and brand-building activities across digital channels Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and content trends
• Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns is preferred
• A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting Preferred
• Experience in finance, fintech, wealth management, or startup ecosystems
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools
• Basic knowledge of video content and short-form content trends
