Key Responsibilities
• Provide production support for Oracle PL/SQL applications, ensuring high availability and timely resolution of incidents.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to PL/SQL code, database performance, jobs, and data integrity.
• Monitor application performance, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
• Develop, modify, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and queries.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and business teams for issue resolution and production deployments.
