• Achieve measurable improvements in manufacturing cycle times or process, online documentation and productivity.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. 2. Capacity Utilization
• Achieve alignment between production schedules, inventory management, and demand forecasts to prevent stock outs or overstock situations.
• Yield Improvement monitoring and coordination with production and packing.
• To review and improve Actual Vs Rated capacity of the machine 3. Quality Excellence
• Ensure 100% adherence to Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Maintain consistent product quality and prevent non-compliance or audit findings.




• GAPS to be identify with respect to GMP requirement and also to review the Internal as well as FDA Audit points.
• Ensure optimal performance, calibration, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• To visit all sites Dholka, Jammu & Udaipur and to ensure GMP is followed strictly without any data integrity.
• Guidance to Quality for Audit preparedness and implementation of Observation report.
• Visit to Loan license & P2P sites as per management requirement as and when required. 4. Industrial Engineering and Manpower Modeling:
