Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Team Lead ? Payroll & HR Operations from the staffing industry who has robust hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations, along with proven team-handling experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage payroll and HR operations for a high volume of employees, preferably within the staffing industry.
• Lead and manage a team of 4?5 Operations team members.
• Track and ensure timely completion of the AICP process.
• Groom, guide, and support Operations team members to improve their performance and process knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Track and follow up on overdues and ensure timely closure.
• Streamline and improve day-to-day operations processes.
• Conduct and lead client and deputee meetings.




• Ensure smooth coordination between clients, deputees, and the internal Operations team.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure processes are completed within defined timelines. Required Skills & Experience
• Mandatory: Experience in the staffing industry.
• Strong experience in payroll and HR operations.
• Experience handling payroll for a high volume of employees.
• Proven team-handling/leadership experience.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of staffing operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
