• Acquire new CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers.
• Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and market visits.
• Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, FD, RD, and loans.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure service quality.
• Achieve monthly sales and account opening targets.
• Coordinate with branch operations for smooth onboarding and documentation.
• Conduct KYC verification and ensure compliance with bank policies. Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in CASA sales, BFSI sales, or field sales preferred.
• Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
