Purpose of the Role Responsible for Process Equipment & offline equipment Maintenance Key Responsibility Areas Technical /Functional
• Electrical & Mechanical Problem-solving during breakdowns.
• Hands on experience with PLC (OMRON, Siemens, Rockwell) programming and associated hardware, connected equipment and other control systems.
• Hands on experience in Vision Systems & Image processing.
• Experience in in Conveyors, Stacker cranes ,AGV,Vision system, precision Dozing, Robotics (Articulated), Fluid Pumping, injectors. .
• Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PDM), analysis and Corrective actions.
• Fixing Abnormalities by data driven approach. Knowledge Generic Mandatory Desired: Diploma in (Electrical /Electronics / Instrumentation/Mechatronics) Mandatory Desired: 2 years to 3 years in Lithium-ion cell manufacturing industry, Bottling plants, warehouse automations . Suitable / Optional:

• Preparation of programing devices with backups for quick Availability during breakdown.
• Achieving MTTR, MTBF, Availability Targets and Maintenance CPU.
• Suggest & Implement Continuous Improvement ideas.
