- Car Loans Business: Retail Banking Function department: Car Loans Job Purpose Territory Manager– Car Loan is responsible for sourcing Car Loan business through open market channels, including Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and other partners. The role focuses on customer engagement, channel development, and relationship management to drive business growth and profitability. It also involves leading a sales team, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
• Generate Car Loan leads through open market & dealer channels.
• Identify, empanel, and manage relationships with Dealers and other channel partners.
• Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers and DSTs to achieve individual and team targets.
• Train and motivate the team on product features, commercials, and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and personalized service.
• Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual) through cross-sell and open market channels.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline status,



and market feedback to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, audit guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan processing. Secondary Responsibilities
• Maintain strong knowledge of Car Loan product, lending norms, and documentation.
• Identify and convert sales opportunities from existing customer relationships.
• Promote digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ensure effective cross-functional coordination and relationship management.
• Utilize banking systems and customer management platforms efficiently. Education
• Graduate Degree: Any stream
• Postgraduate Degree: Any stream (preferred)
• Qualified Certifications: Preferred but not mandatory Experience
• 4–9 years of relevant experience in BFSI, preferably in retail lending and channel sales.
• Role Level: Manager
