Associate Manager, Operations n Job requirementsExecutive Reporting & Governance
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for leadership reviews.
• Consolidate updates from multiple business functions and present key insights to senior stakeholders.
• Track strategic initiatives, risks, dependencies, and action items across the GCC.
• Support governance forums, leadership reviews, operating committee meetings, and town halls. Data Analytics & Business Insights
• Analyze operational, financial, workforce, and program data to identify trends and recommendations.
• Create meaningful visualizations and management reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Develop data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of business metrics. Project & Program Management
• Drive planning, execution, and tracking of strategic COO initiatives.
• Establish project governance, reporting cadence, milestones, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver organizational priorities. Content Creation & Employee Communications
• Own creation of newsletters, leadership communications, success stories, and organizational announcements.
