[Client Location / Remote / Hybrid] Notice Period: Immediate only Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP Cutover Lead to plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end cutover activities for an SAP implementation/transformation program. The candidate will be responsible for developing the cutover strategy, coordinating multiple functional and technical teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring a smooth transition from the legacy environment to the new SAP system.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the end-to-end SAP cutover plan from preparation through Go-Live and hypercare.
• Develop detailed cutover strategy, plan, schedule, activities, dependencies, and milestones.
• Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, security, integration, data migration, testing, business, and third-party teams.
• Lead mock cutover / rehearsal cycles and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into the final cutover plan.
• Define detailed task-level activities, owners, timelines, prerequisites, and completion criteria.
• Track cutover readiness and ensure all teams complete their assigned activities on time.
• Manage dependencies between data migration, interfaces, integrations, security, transports, jobs, infrastructure, and business activities.
• Coordinate production system readiness, transport movement, master/transaction data migration, interface activation, batch jobs, and other Go-Live activities.
• Conduct regular cutover meetings and provide status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.




• Maintain cutover RAID logs and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Establish clear escalation mechanisms for critical cutover issues.
• Coordinate the Go/No-Go decision process with business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead the cutover command center during the Go-Live window.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination across all workstreams during critical cutover activities.
• Support post-Go-Live stabilization and transition to the support/AMS team.
• Prepare and maintain cutover documentation, checklists, runbooks, status reports, and lessons learned. Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in SAP implementation, transformation, migration, or upgrade projects.
• Strong experience specifically in SAP Cutover Management / Cutover Lead roles.
• Experience managing complex SAP programs involving multiple functional and technical workstreams.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP implementation lifecycle and Go-Live activities.
• Experience with data migration, SAP transports, interfaces, integrations, batch jobs, security, and system readiness.




• Hands-on experience conducting multiple mock cutovers/rehearsals.
• Strong understanding of dependencies between SAP functional and technical teams.
• Excellent project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during critical Go-Live and cutover windows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and risk-management skills. Preferred Experience
• Experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation / Greenfield / Brownfield programs.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience with SAP migration/conversion projects.
• Exposure to SAP Cloud, BTP, CPI/Integration Suite, Fiori, BW, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or other SAP integrated applications is an advantage.
• Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
• Experience managing cutover activities across multiple countries/business units. Key Deliverables
