We are a bootstrapped, profitable Bengaluru company with a 10-year track record and a team of 150+ people. We sell across Amazon, our own website, quick commerce and offline retail, and we are now building water softeners, whole-house systems, a customer app, experience retail outlets and a new factory. The Founder's Office works directly with the Founder & CEO on the company's highest-priority projects. This is an internship-to-full-time path: strong performers will be offered a full-time role.

About the role
This is the role that makes everything happen. You are who gets things done. Responsibilities include running program management across all teams, making sure priority projects move on schedule, and giving leadership transparent visibility on progress. What you will do
• Run program management across all teams: set milestones, track owners, remove blockers and report progress to the Founder every week




• Drive cross-functional projects such as the current factory build, retail outlet rollouts, warehouse and logistics improvements, customer service operations, finance operations and Odoo processes, and packaging projects
• Build trackers, SOPs and MIS dashboards that give leadership a clear view of status
• Analyse operational data and recommend fixes
• Handle high-priority ad hoc tasks that need speed and good judgment Must have:
• Solid ownership and follow-through: you finish what you start
• Exposure to Project Management tools
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills and clear written communication
• Comfort following up with senior people and working across teams
• Willingness to visit the factory, warehouses and retail outlets Good to have:
• Internship or project experience in operations, consulting or a startup
• Exposure to ERP systems or process mapping How we will evaluate you: Expect a case exercise on a real operational problem and a conversation about how you drive work to completion.
