Job Description
Every project we take on starts with a conversation. As a business development associate you will find businesses that need better websites, apps or automation, start those conversations and learn how technology deals are won. We're building a team in Pune. For now this role is remote, and we'd especially like to hear from people in or near Pune.

What you'll do
• Research companies and decision-makers who could use our services
• Reach out on LinkedIn, by email and by phone, and follow up
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the team
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
• Help prepare proposals and presentations What we're looking for
• Graduates from any field, including BBA and MBA freshers




• Confident spoken and written English; Hindi or Marathi is a plus
• Comfort talking to people you don't know yet
• Persistence, and an interest in technology and business What you'll get
• Real work from your first weeks: websites, apps and automations for our clients and for ZunderFlow, our own product
• Reviews and guidance from experienced developers, designers and marketers
