The MIS Specialist will act as the central point of contact for all business-related data management, reporting, and performance analytics for all verticals. The role is responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate MIS, supporting management decision-making through analytical reports, coordinating with business teams, banks, vendors, and HR, and ensuring timely processing of incentive and dealer payouts. The incumbent will also support management presentations, Town Hall reports, and reconciliation of data with parent Bank. • Experience in NBFC, Banking, Vehicle Loans, Home Loans, or Financial Services is preferred.
