Role & responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable (AR) & Billing: Generate and dispatch customer invoices according to US contracts, track incoming payments, and follow up on overdue balances.
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Vendor Management: Process US vendor bills, verify purchase orders and approvals, and schedule timely payments.
- Bank & Account Reconciliations: Perform daily or monthly reconciliations of US bank statements, credit card logs, and general ledger accounts to spot discrepancies.
