Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Business Development with 4–9 years of experience in acquiring new clients and generating business in staffing, contract staffing, offshore hiring, GCC setup, and staff augmentation services.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the staffing and workforce solutions industry, proven experience in new client acquisition, and the ability to build a strong sales pipeline, develop strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and acquire new clients for staffing, contract staffing, staff augmentation, offshore hiring, and GCC services.
- Drive new business development through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, referrals, industry connections, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with CXOs, CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Procurement Heads, and other key decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads, schedule client meetings, deliver sales presentations, and convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
- Explore business opportunities for offshore recruitment, offshore delivery models, and setting up or scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, client acquisition, and business growth targets.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized workforce solutions aligned with their business needs.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and drive deals through closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, manage CRM records, and provide regular sales forecasts and business updates.




- Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business, account growth, and additional service opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in staffing and workforce solutions.
- Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–9 years of experience in sales and business development within the staffing, recruitment, consulting, or workforce solutions industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring recent clients and generating business independently.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:

- Staffing and recruitment services sales
- Contract staffing business development
- Staff augmentation sales
- Offshore hiring and offshore delivery services
- GCC setup, expansion, or related workforce solutions

- Strong understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and sales cycle management.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets, build a sales pipeline, and convert leads into revenue.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other business development platforms.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working with IT staffing companies, recruitment consultancies, contract staffing firms, or workforce solutions providers.
- Candidates with a strong network of potential clients and decision-makers.
- Candidates who have independently acquired new clients and closed staffing or staff augmentation deals.
- Candidates with experience in offshore hiring, GCC-related business, and enterprise client acquisition.
- Candidates available to join immediately or within 15 days.
