We have an urgent requirement for Technical/Desktop Support profiles for Noida location.

Job Description:

- Tech should be ready to work in 24/7 setting. (Primarily Night Shifts)
- Should be ready to do WFO and preferably residing in Noida Location.
- Tech should be okay with calling profile(inbound/outbound) assisting customer along with working on incidents.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have basic understanding of networking.
- Ip addresses, DHCP, function of router & switches.
- How internet works.
- Layer1(Checking cable connectivity, device reboot, identifying cable cut at premise) checks, Layer 2 & Layer 3 troubleshooting.

Experience: Minimum 6 months - 5 Years

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shifts: Rotational

Cab: Both-side cab facility
