Position : ServiceNow Practice Head / Lead (Presales)

Job Type: Fulltime

Shift Time: 3pm to 1am IST

Location: Hyderabad (2-days Hybrid)

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Practice Head / Lead to drive practice growth, presales, solutioning, capability development, and delivery governance. The ideal candidate will lead customer engagements, support business development, and provide strategic direction for ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead ServiceNow practice growth, capability development, and team mentoring.
- Drive presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solution design, effort estimation, and client presentations.
- Conduct discovery workshops and define ServiceNow transformation roadmaps.
- Support sales teams in chance identification and deal closure.
- Provide delivery governance and ensure solution quality across engagements.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and ServiceNow stakeholders.

- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years in ServiceNow Practice Leadership, Solutioning, or Presales.
- Strong experience in customer-facing consulting and solution architecture.
- Proven track record in ServiceNow implementation and business development.
