We are seeking a dedicated Production Engineer preferably having experience in Ready mix concrete (RMC) production to manage and streamline production operations, focusing on quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Role & responsibilities
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, machine, and production
- Set up quality control procedures, improve quality and efficiency
- Overseeing the production process, drawing up production schedules
- Ensuring that the production is cost-effective
- Ensure implementation of safety procedures
Supervising and inspiring a team of workers
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in ready mix concrete production and lab trials
