Role & responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to promote and sell financial products such as Business Loans, Home Loans, and other lending solutions over calls.

- Contact prospective customers and explain loan products.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, loan sales, banking, or financial services preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (12th pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
