Job Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, train, and develop insurance agents/advisors.

Generate health insurance business through the agency channel.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent agents.

Motivate agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through the agency network.

Assist agents with product knowledge, customer acquisition, and sales conversion.

Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews for agents.

Monitor agent performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.





Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Provide ongoing support to agents for customer servicing and policy-related queries.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline.

1-5 years of experience in Health Insurance, General Insurance, Agency Channel, BFSI, or related sales roles preferred.

Strong communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.

Good networking and convincing abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to recruit, manage, and develop insurance advisors.

Candidates with an existing agent/advisor network will be preferred.
