Role & responsibilities

Assembly Department -

Responsible for assembling components as per engineering drawings and SOPs to meet production targets in the OEM assembly line. To ensure quality checks, follow 5S & safety standards, and minimize rejection and rework. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Stores for material availability and line continuity. Maintain daily production reports and support continuous improvement activities.

Assembling auto components, engines and electrical parts as per SOP and ensuring quality and safety standards on the assembly line to achieve daily production targets.

Leading 10-15 member assembly team to achieve shift production targets, ensuring quality, safety and 5S compliance. Responsible for line balancing, training operators, resolving assembly issues and reporting daily production status.

Conduct shift start meeting and allocate manpower on stations. Achieve daily production target and monitor line speed / takt time. Check quality on line, handle defects and do rework analysis. Maintain 5S, safety,



and ensure operators follow SOPs. Fill daily production report, downtime and attendance sheet. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Material team for smooth line running.
