Senior Oracle EBS Technical Consultant

Experience: 8+ Years

Job Purpose:

To design, develop, maintain, and support Oracle EBS applications and Oracle APEX solutions, ensuring system stability, performance, integration, and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
- Develop Oracle APEX applications, interactive reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows using SQL, PL/SQL, and REST APIs.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.
- Develop and support concurrent programs, Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, value sets, flexfields, and AOL components.
- Design and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher/XML Publisher.
- Support Oracle Workflow, notifications, and approval processes.
- Develop and troubleshoot integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP web services and file based interfaces.
- Work on Oracle Forms, Reports, and OAF personalizations / extensions as required.
- Support Oracle EBS Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis,



and implement permanent fixes.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, SIT/UAT support, deployments, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with functional, infrastructure, and business teams while following change management, security, and IT audit requirements.

Technical Skills

- Oracle EBS R12.1/R12.2 architecture and technical development.
- Advanced SQL, PL/SQL, query optimization, and debugging.
- Concurrent programs, APIs, interfaces, BI Publisher, and Workflow.
- Oracle APEX application development, interactive reports, dynamic actions, page processing, and REST based integrations.
- FNDLOAD, LDT files, customization migration
- Production support, performance tuning, and integration troubleshooting.

Candidate Expectations

Candidate should have robust hands-on technical expertise in Oracle EBS and APEX, independently manage complex development and support requirements, resolve critical production issues, review technical solutions, and coordinate effectively with business users and support partners.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
