Role & responsibilities

1. On-Ground Pitching & School Acquisition

- Field Prospecting: Identify, map out, and visit target K12 schools, private academies, and school networks within your assigned region.
- In-Person Demos & Pitching: Conduct direct, face-to-face product presentations to School Principals, Directors, and Board Members.
- Consultative Selling: Observe each schools challenges (attendance tracking, scheduling, calender optimisation) and deliver custom pitches that showcase how our app solves their specific operational bottlenecks.

2. On-Site School Onboarding & Implementation

- Direct Rollout Management: Transition directly from deal closure to onboarding, serving as the lead strategist and point of contact for the school's leadership during rollout.
- Hands-on System Setup: Sit down with school administrative teams to set up data structures, configure user roles, and import initial school data (student rosters,



staff directories, timetables).
- In office Staff & Leadership Training: Host interactive, face-to-face training workshops for principals, office administrators, and teachers to build confidence and drive immediate app adoption.
- Change Management: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with school leadership to manage digital transformation, address staff concerns, and ensure high daily engagement across all user groups.

3. Relationship Management & Account Health

- Conduct regular in-person follow-ups with principals to review app usage, assess system health, and ensure satisfaction.
- Gather on-the-ground user feedback from administrators and teachers, advocating for product improvements with internal development teams.
