Job Description

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: UG / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Experience: Freshers to candidates with a maximum of 4 years of experience.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Willingness to work from the Noida or Gurgaon office.
- Candidates with prior experience in customer service, customer support, BPO, or call centre operations will have an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

For Freshers (0 Experience):

- Salary Package: 3 LPA 4.2 LPA

For Experienced Candidates (Up to 4 Years):

- Salary Package: 4.5 LPA – 7.2 LPA
- Salary will depend on relevant experience, communication skills, and interview performance.
