Must Have

• Experience in applying business rules and loading data from different formats.

• Experience in data mapping, transformation, and loading of data to Windchill.

• Experience with the ETL tool Pentaho and Windchill WBM.

• Understanding of the ETL process and data.

• Experience with customer data migration tools.

• Experience creating load files, performing verification, and loading data using custom and out-of-the-box loaders.

Good to Have

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to quickly learn, teach, and apply learning in projects.

• Experience in client interaction.

• Logical and analytical skills, solid interpersonal skills, commitment to quality work, and effective teamwork.
