Role Overview

Spine Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Architect experienced in architectural design, building bylaws, sanction drawings, and statutory approvals. The candidate should be capable of developing architectural designs while ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinating the building approval process.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and design proposals.
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
- Apply building bylaws, zoning regulations, and development control norms.
- Verify FAR/FSI, ground coverage, setbacks, building height, parking, and other planning requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate sanction drawings and statutory documentation.




- Liaise with authorities, consultants, and liaisoning teams for approvals, NOCs, completion certificates, and occupancy certificates.
- Review drawings for technical feasibility and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Arch degree with a valid COA registration number (mandatory).
- 4–7 years of relevant skilled experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of building bylaws, sanction procedures, and statutory approvals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit or other BIM software knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to independently handle design development, compliance checks, and approval coordination.
