Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing automation, managing CI/CD pipelines, maintaining cloud infrastructure, and ensuring seamless software deployment. The role requires close collaboration with development, QA, and IT operations teams to improve system reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement automation tools and frameworks for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Collaborate with development teams to build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Implement security best practices to safeguard infrastructure, applications, and data.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to development and IT teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.




- Stay updated with emerging DevOps technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Shell Scripting.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Good understanding of Linux-based environments and system administration.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
- Relevant DevOps or cloud certifications will be an added advantage.
