Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HRBP Intern to support HR Business Partnering activities, employee engagement, HR operations, and coordination with business teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with business managers and employees on HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and reports using MS Excel.
- Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and employee data management.
- Support performance management, employee feedback, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll,



and other HR teams as required.
- Ensure timely follow-up and completion of HR processes.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA / PGDM in HR or a related discipline.
- Freshers with a robust interest in HR Business Partnering are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
