Location: Mahad Experience: 3 to 7 years (Banking preferred) Industry: Banking & Financial ServicesRole SummaryYES BANK is looking for a high-performing Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. The candidate must have strong sales orientation, leadership capability, and experience in CASA acquisition and branch management.Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall branch operations and ensure 100 percent compliance with banking guidelines.
- Drive CASA, revenues, and crosssell targets (LI, GI, MF, FD, SA/CA).
- Manage and mentor the branch teamRMs, Tellers, and front-line staff.
- Ensure smooth customer service, query resolution, and branch service excellence.
- Oversee daily branch operations including cash management, audits, and risk controls.
- Source business through market visits, customer meetings, and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and business influencers.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets aligned with YES BANK standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in banking sales or branch operations.
- Strong knowledge of CASA, wealth products, retail banking, compliance, and audits.
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with solid local market knowledge.
