Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 45 years of experience in accounting, billing, trading, and manufacturing operations.

The candidate should have mandatory working knowledge of Tally and a strong understanding of sales, purchases, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.

Handle sales and purchase entries, billing, and invoice generation.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Maintain sales, purchase, and stock-related records.

Handle accounting activities related to trading and manufacturing operations.

Verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.





Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.

Coordinate with internal departments for billing, payments, and documentation.

Assist in GST-related accounting and other financial reporting activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).

45 years of relevant accounting experience.

Tally knowledge is mandatory.

Good knowledge of billing, sales, and purchase processes.

Experience in trading and manufacturing accounting.

Understanding of inventory and stock accounting.

Knowledge of GST and basic statutory compliance.

Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Salary & Perks

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
