Role & responsibilities

- Pitch and sell solar rooftop systems, Battery energy storage system(BESS), and inverters to domestic customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, customer meetings, and referrals.
- Explain product features, benefits, and subsidy options clearly to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide aftersales service guidance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar, battery, or inverter sales.
- Strong knowledge of home solar systems, battery storage, and inverter products.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in field sales and meet targets.
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Local candidates from Tamil Nadu (Madurai region) will be given preference.
