Role & responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute multiple programs to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, category, technology, and delivery teams.
- Monitor program timelines, milestones, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive dark-store expansion, operational improvements, and recent process rollouts.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Track order fulfilment, delivery performance, inventory availability, and customer experience.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to senior management.




- Standardize processes and ensure consistent execution across stores and cities.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and improve productivity.

Required Skills

- Strong program and project management skills.
- Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, retail, logistics, or supply chain.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
